Nimpure-PS Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever in various conditions. It also promotes healing at the site of inflammation.
Nimpure-PS Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, increased liver enzymes, and heartburn. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.
Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or have any trouble with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Note: As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Nimpure-PS Tablet is banned for children under 12 years of age.

How Nimpure-PS Tablet works
Nimpure-PS Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

What if you forget to take Nimpure-PS Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Nimpure-PS Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

I have fever from 15 days could you suggest me any blood test for same. I taked medicine from different 3 Dr. Bt no change. From 5 days my fever will came any time goes anytime. Nimpure-PS Tablet is usually used for short-term pain relief and can be discontinued if there is no pain. However, it should be continued if advised by the doctor.
Can the use of Nimpure-PS Tablet cause damage to the liver?
Nimpure-PS Tablet contains nimesulide and paracetamol, and both these medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease.
Can I take a higher than the recommended dose of Nimpure-PS Tablet?
No, taking a higher than the recommended dose of Nimpure-PS Tablet can lead to increased chances of side effects. If the recommended dosage does not relieve your symptoms or you experience increased severity of pain, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
