Otek-AC Neo Ear Drop is to be used as per the label instructions or as suggested by your doctor. This medicine must be applied only to the affected ear. Use for as long as the doctor has prescribed. Wash your hands before administering the medicine. Do not use it more than the recommended dose.

It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain. Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
