How Pamaspas Plus Tablet works
Pamaspas Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid and Pamabrom. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves cramps and bloating. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain.
