Paracad Injection is a medicine used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain in conditions such as post-surgery or other cancer-related pain. It provides fast relief by decreasing the intensity of pain signals to the brain and preventing the release of certain chemicals in the brain that cause pain.
Paracad Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered. The dose and duration will depend on what you are receiving it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep getting the injection as long as the doctor has prescribed it.
Paracad Injection is generally safe if administered within the recommended dosage. However, some people may experience side effects such as dizziness, confusion, spasms, and breathlessness. These are temporary and usually resolve in due time. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know.
Inform your doctor about any medical conditions that you have before receiving this injection. Also avoid consuming alcohol while receiving this injection as it may worsen your health condition. This medicine should be used in caution in patients with kidney or liver diseases. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before receiving this injection.
Paracad Injection helps in effectively managing pain by utilizing both the analgesic properties of paracetamol and the local anesthetic effects of lidocaine. This medicine offers both immediate and sustained relief. It reduces the overall pain perception and fever, at the same time quickly numbs the affected area, enhancing patient comfort. This dual-action makes Paracad Injection a versatile option for managing various types of acute pain.

How Paracad Injection works
Paracad Injection contains two ingredients. Lidocaine alleviates pain at the site of injection by causing local numbness.
