Plermin Gel accelerates healing and formation of healthy skin, thus providing relief in the skin infection. It is meant for external use only. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it.

It is easy to maintain sugar levels.You should have dedication to do regular exercise and maintain your calories intake which your diabetic educator have be told.As only medicine can't help for long time.secondly you you take proper dose of medicine which doctor has adjusted for you as per your reports.thirdly time visit to doctor and do all routine investigations.
I am suffering from diabetes mellitus since 3 yrs and bipolar affective disorder since 25yrs .I am weighing 82 kg. I was on biphasic insulin in dosage of 22IU before breakfast and 16 IU before dinner along with metformin 500mg SR twice daily which is gradually tapered to 4. IU breakfast and 3 IU dinner along with metformin 500 mg SR twice daily keeping blood sugar in control rage with fasting blood sugar average 94 mg dl and PP 135 mg dl and random at 160 mg dl and HBA1C at 6.0. I was on olanzapine 10 mg HS for starting 15yrs them on parlipadone 6mg HS and Sulpitac 200mg HS for subsequent 2yrs . Now on amisulpride 400 HS . since 5 yrs and my bipolar illness is in remission Both my parents are non diabetic whereas father aging 70 yrs has undergone angioplasty for heart problem. I accept fats only for garnishing and take skimmed milk . My lipid profile, KFT, LFT, CBC , vit D and Vit B12 are within normal range What will i further do to live a long healthy life and take which medicines and precautions. I have no complaints at present and my libido is normal. Only i frequently suffer from fungl infection which is manageable with topical antifungals.
