Proloc-XT Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn. It also speeds up the healing of ulcers in the stomach and intestine.
Proloc-XT Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. How Proloc-XT Tablet works
Proloc-XT Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole and Zinc Carnosine which treat acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Zinc Carnosine is a nutritional supplement which speeds up the healing of ulcers in stomach and intestine.
