Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches, which are itchy and painful. Applying Propysalic Ointment helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling, or irritation. It hydrates the skin, leaving it soft and smooth. Before applying Propysalic Ointment, ensure the affected area is clean and dry. Use it at least 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see changes in your skin's appearance after a few weeks.

Quick tips
- It is advisable to apply it once a day. For best effect, leave it on during the day if you have applied it in the morning or overnight if you have used it in the evening.
- Apply to the affected areas as a thin film two or three times daily or as advised by your doctor.
- After you have applied Propysalic Ointment, remember to wash your hands (unless your hands are in the treated area).
- Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by the doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
- If you are using a moisturizer along with this preparation, apply the moisturizer first. Then, wait 10-15 minutes before applying the Propysalic Ointment.
- Do not apply it to open wounds and cuts.
- Your skin may become more sensitive to sunlight than normal while you are using Propysalic Ointment. Try to avoid sitting out in the sun and do not use sunbeds.
