RECOFAST S SUSPENSION medicine is used for symptomatic relief of bronchospasm in bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis. This combination medicine relaxes the muscles walls of the small airways in the lungs. It also thins and loosens thick mucus in the air passages, making it easier to cough out.
RECOFAST S SUSPENSION may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor, and keep taking this medicine for as long as the doctor has recommended. The dose and duration will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. If you stop the treatment too early, your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen.
Common side effects of RECOFAST S SUSPENSION include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, upset stomach, dizziness, and headache. Most of these symptoms are temporary and usually resolve with time. Let the doctor know in case they persist or worsen. This medicine can also cause sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen sleepiness.
