I hv 2 recurrent miscarriages last year in 2nd trimester-15th & 23rd week 1st pregnancy- I had a emergency laparoscopic operation for a large left ovarian cyst-21 cm at 13 weeks. 16 cm Cyst was detected during ultrasound in 7th week when i had little bleeding. All reports were normal till 16th week except vaginal bleeding 4 times from 9th week.Put on complete bedrest plus progesterone injections. My cervix length was 3.4 cm till 16th week.
