Serigam-N Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving pain. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Serigam-N Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and increased liver enzymes. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should speak to your doctor. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.

This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Yes, Serigam-N Tablet can be taken with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Serigam-N Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex helps to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.

Does Serigam-N Tablet help in relieving stomach pain?

No, Serigam-N Tablet preferably should not be taken for stomach pain without consulting a physician. This drug can increase stomach acid secretion which may aggravate an unknown underlying condition.

Can the use of Serigam-N Tablet cause damage to the liver?

Serigam-N Tablet contains Nimesulide and Paracetamol and both these medicines are known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level.
