Tamiflu 75mg Capsule prevents the flu virus from spreading inside the body. Influenza, commonly known as flu is an infection caused by a virus. This medicine should be taken only when prescribed by a doctor. It should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, although taking it with food can reduce the chance of feeling or being sick (nausea or vomiting).
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medication too early may result in a relapse of the infection or failure to protect you from the flu.

What if you forget to take Tamiflu Capsule?
If you miss a dose of Tamiflu 75mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Drink plenty of fluids to replace those lost from sweating and having a runny nose, get plenty of rest, eat healthily ? a low-fat, high-fibre diet is recommended, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. OTC drugs, gargling with salt water and sucking on menthol sweets can help relieve a sore throat and blocked nose, are generally safe for older children and adults to take, but might not be suitable for babies, young children.
