How ZBM Tablet works
ZBM Tablet is a combination of seven medicines : Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Nicotinamide, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid, Chromium Picolinate+Selenious Acid, and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, a supplement of vitamin B6, is required by your body for utilization of energy in the foods you eat, production of red blood cells, and proper functioning of nerves. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B that provides essential nutrients. Cyanocobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that provides essential nutrients. Folic Acid is a form of vitamin B. It plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. It is also essential in pregnancy due to its role in the development of the unborn baby's brain and spinal cord. Chromium Picolinate and Selenious acid are nutritional supplements that provide essential nutrients to our body and improve overall health. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate is a zinc supplement that provides essential nutrients.

Dear Mam Thank you for sharing your reports with me. It shows the following important things: 1. Your Folic acid, calcium and vitamin D is on the lower side. For folic acid, you can start with tablet Folvite once a day for at least 3 months and have a diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fruits. For vitamin D, you can take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks.
