Ménière’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes severe dizziness (vertigo), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing loss, and a feeling of congestion in the ear. This is due to build-up of fluid in the inner ear. Zevert Pvg NF Tablet reduces the amount of fluid and prevents symptoms from developing. It may take a couple of weeks before you notice any improvements but keep taking it, even if you do feel better, until your doctor advises it is safe to stop.

How to use Zevert Pvg Tablet

How Zevert Pvg Tablet works
Zevert Pvg NF Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Betahistine, Vitamin D3, Ginkgo Biloba, Piracetam and Vinpocetine. Betahistine improves blood flow in the inner ear which reduces the pressure of excess fluid in the inner ear. Vitamin D3 is added as it's deficiency may be a cause of Miniere's disease. Ginkgo Biloba and Vinpocetine increase blood flow to the brain and protect it from damage by harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Piracetam works by further protecting the brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen and also affects various channels on nerve cells.

What if you forget to take Zevert Pvg Tablet?

I am suffering from Meniere's disease since 2004. Several medicines in homeopathic, allopathy and ayurvedic tried but no benefit. With the allotpathy medicines from neurologist, I am able to manage my daily life. At present I am taking (i) Cognix Plus and (ii) Nexito 10mg daily without gap. If I discontinued medicines in the past, the problem came back and I started feeling guidiness and trepidation/ nervousness. Please advice me certain maintenance dose in homeopathy so that I may discontinue allopathic medicines which is showing now side affects. One of the side affects, now I have thyroid and taking one table of Thyrox 50mg daily. Moreover, I feel drowsiness and memory is also weak.
