I am following weight loss program with weight training, should i take zinc supplement? Currently i am taking Zevit(gsk). Is there any long term sideeffect? Plz suggest any other good alternative of it.

Eat nuts, cereals, leafy vegetables, to get zinc it can be taken but don't take everyday Supplement should be based on requirement n deficiency
I recently consulted an ENT and she prescribed me a number of multivits. She prescribed me Supracal plus, A-Z, Dexorange and Becasule among other things as antiacids. I saw that these meds have Zinc and Folic acid and I will be taking multple doses of zinc and folic acid with each med on daily basis. I am concerned if it will harm me or can do Zinc toxicity etc. Can you advise?
