Zinepra 10 Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines that helps in preventing migraine. This medicine is not used for treatment of acute migraine attack.
Zinepra 10 Tablet SR should be taken on empty stomach, but try to have it same time regularly at a fixed time preferably at night. They work by stabilizing the reactive nerve cells and increasing the threshold to migraine activation. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation).
