Aspirin + Caffeine is a combination of two medicines: Aspirin and Caffeine which relieve headache. Aspirin works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce headache.
