Cetrimide + Gamma Benzene Hexachloride is a combination of two medicines: cetrimide and gamma benzene hexachloride. Cetrimide kills certain bacteria and fungi by damaging their protective covering. Gamma benzene hexachloride causes paralysis in parasites (lice and mites) by getting absorbed into them and kills them and their eggs.
