Clobetasol is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Clotrimazole and Miconazole are antifungal medications that work by stopping the growth of fungi that cause infection, while Gentamicin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria on the skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.
