Diclofenac diethylamine + Methyl Salicylate + Alcohol is a combination of three medicines : Diclofenac diethylamine, Methyl Salicylate, and Alcohol . Diclofenac diethylamine and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Alcohol acts as an analgesic and anesthetic and can reduce the sensation of both physical and emotional pain.
