L-Arginine + Sildenafil is a combination of two medicines: L-Arginine and Sildenafil. They work by widening the blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the uterus. This improves nutrition and oxygen supply to the unborn baby.

Indigestion, Diarrhea, Headache, Nosebleeds, Pain in extremities, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk)
