Magaldrate+Dimethicone+Domperidone is used in the treatment of indigestion, stomach ulcers and acidity.

How Magaldrate + Dimethicone + Domperidone works

Magaldrate + Dimethicone + Domperidone is a combination of three medicines: Magaldrate , Dimethicone and Domperidone. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Domperidone is a prokinetic. It works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
