Mefenamic Acid + Ibuprofen is a combination of two medicines: Mefenamic Acid and Ibuprofen which relieve abdominal pain. They.are non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
