Naphazoline is a decongestant that narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and swelling. Boric Acid has antibiotic properties that kill infection-causing microorganisms. It also relieves eye irritation. Menthol is an organic compound, extracted from peppermint oil.
