Nefopam + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines : Nefopam and Paracetamol. Nefopam is a non-opioid pain reliever. It works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain thereby decreasing pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
