Nimesulide + Camylofin is a combination of two medicines: nimesulide and camylofin which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Camylofin is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms).
