Olopatadine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of three medicines. Olopatadine is a histamine antagonist that reduces allergic symptoms. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic. It blocks the chemical messenger which causes itching and other allergic symptoms. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning, also moisten the eyes.
