Paracetamol + Chlorzoxazone + Diclofenac + Famotidine is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac, and Famotidine. Paracetamol and Diclofenac work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm and associated pain. Famotidine is an antacid which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
