How Tamsulosin + Tadalafil works
Tamsulosin + Tadalafil is a combination of tamsulosin and tadalafil. Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and urinary bladder so that urine can flow easily. Tadalafil blocks the action of an enzyme called phosphodiesterase thereby relaxing the blood vessels of penis resulting in increased blood supply to your penis causing erection.
