Zidovudine + Lamivudine + Abacavir is a combination of three antivirals. Zidovudine , Lamivudine , and Abacavir works together and disrupts the process of viral cell multiplication (DNA synthesis) by destroying their DNA. This stops the virus from producing new viruses and clears up HIV infection in the body.
