परिचय
Acgran Injection is an antiemetic medicine used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgical procedures. Acgran Injection works by blocking certain chemical in the brain that triggers vomiting signals, especially during chemotherapy.
