परिचय

Alprose Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of depression. यह कॉम्बिनेशन दवा नर्व सेल की असामान्य और अत्यधिक एक्टिविटी को कम करके मस्तिष्क को शांत करती है. यह मस्तिष्क में मूड को बेहतर बनाने वाले कुछ केमिकल मैसेंजर की मात्रा को बढ़ाकर भी काम करता है.

Alprose Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is taken with or without food. हालांकि, इसे हर दिन एक तय समय पर लेने की सलाह दी जाती है क्योंकि इससे शरीर में दवा के समान लेवल को बनाए रखने में मदद मिलती है.. इस दवा को अपने डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्धारित खुराक और अवधि में लें क्योंकि इसमें आदत-निर्माण क्षमता है. अगर आप इस दवा की कोई खुराक लेना भूल गए हैं, तो जैसे ही आपको याद आए, उसे ले लें.. चाहे आप बेहतर महसूस करें तो भी इलाज का पूरा कोर्स खत्म करें. यह आवश्यक है कि इस दवा को लेना अचानक से बंद न किया जाए क्योंकि इससे मिचली आना , एंग्जायटी, डिस्फोरिया और बेचैनी हो सकती है.

इस दवा के कुछ सामान्य साइड इफेक्ट में मिचली आना , उल्टी, डायरिया, उलझन, और सेक्स की इच्छा में कमी शामिल हैं. इससे चक्कर आने और नींद आने जैसी समस्याएं आ सकती हैं. इसलिए जब तक आपको पता न हो कि यह दवा आपको कैसे प्रभावित करती है तब तक ड्राइव या ऐसा कोई काम न करें जिसमें एकाग्रता की जरूरत होती है. इससे अलग-अलग व्यक्तियों के आधार पर वजन बढ़ सकता है या कम हो सकता है. वजन बढ़ने से रोकने के लिए, एक पोषक संतुलित आहार खाएं, उच्च कैलोरी वाले स्नैक लेने से परहेज करें और नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करें.. हालांकि, खाने की मात्रा बढ़ाकर और किसी डायटीशियन से परामर्श कर वजन घटने से रोका जा सकता है.. अगर आपके मूड या व्यवहार में कोई असामान्‍य बदलाव होता है,तो आपने डॉक्टर को सूचित करना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि इसके कारण आत्महत्या के विचार आ सकते हैं.

Alprose Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet also prevents extreme changes in mood and helps you feel less agitated. आपको कम बार डिप्रेशन और मन की उदासी महसूस हो सकती है.
इस दवा को काम करने में कई सप्ताह लग सकते हैं और इस समय के दौरान आप लो महसूस कर सकते हैं. यह संभावना है कि आप इस दवा को कम से कम छह महीने तक ले जाएंगे लेकिन संभवतः अधिक समय तक लंबे समय तक ले जाएंगे. बेहतर असर के लिए इसे नियमित रूप से लिया जाना चाहिए. जब तक आपके डॉक्टर न कहें तब तक इसे लेना बंद न करें.

Depression is a persistent state of sadness that is the result of interaction between one's inner biological and psychological state and gets triggered of with environmental stressors. Reactive depression is in response to a situation like loss, sickness, trauma etc. Endogenous depression occurs without any noticeable environmental stressors. Psychological symptoms include lack of interest, negative thinking, irritability, frustration, feeling demotivated etc. Somatic symptoms like fatigue/ weakness/ lack of sleep/ lack of appetite and other physical symptoms are common. Anxiety is common. In severe cases one may feel helpless and hopeless enough to wish for death or attempt suicide. Treatment includes physical and psychiatric work up following which medicines can be prescribed. In milder cases, psychotherapy or counselling is recommended.
