AntiD 150mcg/ml Injection is indicated to prevent infections. It prevents antibodies from forming after a person with Rh-negative blood receives a transfusion with Rh-positive blood, or during pregnancy when a mother has Rh-negative blood and the baby is Rh-positive.
AntiD 150mcg/ml Injection is given for Rh prophylaxis in pregnancy-related complications. यह आर.एच.-पॉज़िटिव रेड ब्लड सेल्स (आर.बी.सी.) वाले ब्लड कॉम्पोनेंट्स द्वारा ट्रांस्फ्यूज़ किए गए आर.एच.-नेगेटिव व्यक्तियों में इन्कम्पैटिबल ट्रांस्फ्यूज़न के लिए भी अप्रूव्ड है. इसका इस्तेमाल इम्यून थ्रोम्बोसाइटोपेनिक पुरपुरा के लिए भी किया जा सकता है, यह एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें रक्त में प्रवाहित होने वाली प्लेटलेट्स की संख्या में कमी आ जाती है जिसके कारण ब्रूजिंग या नील पड़ने की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं.
आपका डॉक्टर या नर्स आपको ये इन्जेक्शन लगाएगा. कृपया स्वयं उपयोग ना करें. इंजेक्शन, एक मांसपेशी में लगाया जाता है; आमतौर पर इसे ऊपरी बांह में लगाया जाता है. अगर आपका बेबी आरएच डी पॉजिटिव है तो आपको नियमित रूप से प्रेगनेंसी के 1 सप्ताह के भीतर और जन्म के 2 घंटे के भीतर एंटी-डी इन्जेक्शन लेने को कहा जाएगा.

How AntiD Injection works
एंटी-आरएच डी इम्यूनोग्लोब्यूलिन इम्यूनोग्लोब्यूलिन नामक दवाओं के वर्ग से संबंधित है. It removes or nullifies any fetal rhesus-D positive red blood cells that enter the rhesus-D negative maternal blood stream during childbirth, abortion, or any accident or intervention during pregnancy which might lead to bleeding across the placenta.
