Blovom P 40mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines which is used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting. डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्धारित किए जाने पर ही इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. This medicine works by controlling the acidity and altering the chemicals in the brain that trigger nausea or vomiting.

Blovom P 40mg/4mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. इसे खाली पेट पर खाएं, लेकिन हर रोज इसे एक निश्चित समय पर लेने की कोशिश करें. याद रखें कि आपको अपने डॉक्टर से बात किए बिना अचानक दवा लेना बंद नहीं करना चाहिए. अगर आपको एक खुराक लेने के एक घंटे के भीतर उल्टी हो जाती है, तो दूसरी खुराक लें और पूरे दिन भारी भोजन से बचें. इस दवा को लेने से पहले, अगर आपको लिवर से संबंधित कोई बीमारी है तो अपने डॉक्टर को बताना बेहतर होता है क्योंकि ऐसे में आपकी दवा की डोज़ को एडजस्टमेंट की ज़रूरत हो सकती है. आपका डॉक्टर नियमित रूप से आपके लिवर एंजाइम पर नज़र रख सकता है, विशेष रूप से जब दवा लंबे समय तक निर्धारित की जाती है.

यह अच्छी तरह से सहन होने वाली और सुरक्षित दवा है और इससे हानिकारक प्रभाव कम होते हैं. But, it may cause certain side effects like constipation, stomach pain, fatigue, headache, flatulence, and flushing of skin. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. अगर ये कम नहीं होते हैं या आपको परेशान करते हैं, तो कृपया अपने डॉक्टर से परामर्श लें.

This medicine may cause diarrhea, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help prevent dehydration. However, it is better to consult your doctor if you get watery diarrhea with fever or stomach pain that does not go away. चक्कर आ सकते हैं या नींद भी आ सकती है, इसलिए जब तक आप यह न जान लें कि यह दवा आप पर कैसा असर डाल रही है तब तक गाड़ी न चलाएं और ऐसा कोई काम न करें जिसमें मेन्टल फोकस की ज़रूरत हो.
