Espas-M Tablet is a prescription medicine that helps to provide symptomatic relief from menstrual (period-related) pain and cramps. इसका इस्तेमाल पेट और आंतों में मांसपेशियों के स्पैज़्म से राहत देकर पेट के दर्द का इलाज करने के लिए भी किया जाता है.

How Espas-M Tablet works
Espas-M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid. डायसायक्लोमाइन एक एंटीकोलिनर्जिक है जो पेट और गट (आंत) में पेशियों को आराम देकर काम करता है. यह मांसपेशियों में अचानक होने वाले संकुचन (स्पास्म) को रोकता है, जिससे ऐंठन, दर्द, ब्लोटिंग और असुविधा से राहत मिलती है. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling). साथ में मिलकर वे माहवारी की ऐंठन और पेट की मरोड़ से राहत देते हैं.
