Nimdot 40mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Nimesulide, which relieves abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. निमेसुलाइड एक गैर-स्टेरॉयडल सूजन रोधी दवा (एनएसएआईडी) हैं. यह कुछ विशेष केमिकल मैसेंजर के स्राव को रोकती है जिनके कारण दर्द व इन्फ्लेमेशन (लाल होना और सूजन) होता है.
