Oforclo Forte Cream is strictly for external use only. डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्धारित खुराक और अवधि में इसका इस्तेमाल करें. इसे केवल त्वचा के प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर लगाएं. In case of accidental exposure to the eyes or mouth, wash it off with plenty of water. Do not stop using even if your infection gets better until the doctor says so. The course of treatment should be completed for better efficacy.

How to use Oforclo Cream
यह दवाई केवल बाहरी इस्तेमाल के लिए है. इसे डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई खुराक और अवधि के अनुसार लें. इस्तेमाल करने के पहले लेवल की जांच कर लें. प्रभावित हिस्से को साफ़ करें और सूखने के बाद वहां क्रीम लगाएं. इसे लगाने के बाद अपने हाथों को धो लें, अगर प्रभावित हिस्सा हाथ पर ही हो तो हाथ ना धोएं.
How Oforclo Cream works
Oforclo Forte Cream is a combination of five medicines : Ketoconazole, Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin), Tolnaftate, Neomycin, and Clobetasol. Ketoconazole and tolnaftate is an antifungal medication. यह फंगी की कोशिका झिल्ली को नष्ट करके इसकी वृद्धि को मारता और रोकता है, जिससे आपकी त्वचा इन्फेक्शन का इलाज होता है. Clioquinol belongs to a category of drugs called hydroxyquinoline antifungal agents. यह डीएनए के संश्लेषण के साथ पारस्परिक क्रिया करता है और इस तरह यह संक्रमण पैदा करने वाले फंगस को मार डालता है. नियोमाइसिन एक एंटीबायोटिक है. यह बैक्टीरिया में महत्वपूर्ण जैविक कार्यों के लिए आवश्यक प्रोटीनों के संश्लेषण को रोककर बैक्टीरियल वृद्धि को रोकता है. क्लोबेटासोल एक स्टेरॉयड है. यह त्वचा पर लाली, सूजन और खुजली का कारण बनने वाले कुछ रासायनिक मैसेंजर के उत्पादन को अवरुद्ध करके काम करता है.
