How Povidot-OZ Ointment works
Povidot-OZ Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Povidone Iodine and Ornidazole. पोविडन आयोडिन एक एंटीसेप्टिक है जिसे संक्रमित या संक्रमणग्रस्त होने वाली त्वचा पर लगाया जाता है. यह धीरे-धीरे आयोडीन स्त्रावित करता है जो इन्फेक्शन पैदा करने वाले सूक्ष्मजीवों को मारती है या इनकी वृद्धि को रोक देती है. ओर्नीडाजोल एक एंटीबायोटिक है जो बैक्टीरिया और अन्य संक्रमित सूक्ष्मजीवों के DNA को नष्ट कर उन्हें मारता है.
