Setgud Plus Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of bipolar depression. यह मस्तिष्क में रासायनिक मैसेंजर के स्तर को बढ़ाकर काम करता है जिससे मूड और डिप्रेशन के भौतिक लक्षणों में सुधार होता है.

Setgud Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. इसे हर रोज एक ही समय पर लें क्योंकि यह शरीर में दवा का निरंतर स्तर बनाए रखने में मदद करता है. इस दवा को अपने डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्धारित खुराक और अवधि में ही लें और अगर आप कोई खुराक लेना भूल गए हैं तो उसे जल्द ही ले लें. बेहतर महसूस होने के बावजूद भी दवा की कोई खुराक ना छोड़ें और इलाज का कोर्स पूरा खत्म करें. यह आवश्यक है कि डॉक्टर से बात किए बिना इस दवा को अचानक बंद न किया जाए क्योंकि इससे आपके लक्षणों की अवस्था और भी खराब हो सकती है.

Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, muscle rigidity, restlessness, tremor, delayed ejaculation, anorgasmia (decreased orgasm), and low sexual desire. इससे चक्कर आने और नींद आने जैसी समस्याएं आ सकती हैं, इसलिए जब तक आपको यह पता न चल जाए कि दवा आपको किस प्रकार से प्रभावित करती है, तब तक ड्राइविंग या मानसिक एकाग्रता की आवश्यकता वाली कोई भी गतिविधि न करें. Before taking Setgud Plus Tablet, inform your doctor if you are suffering from thyroid or kidney disease, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, glaucoma, or any heart disease. अगर आप शराब या किसी नींद वाली, खांसी और/या एलर्जी की दवा के प्रभाव में हैं तो आपको यह दवा नहीं लेनी चाहिए. You should avoid alcohol while taking Setgud Plus Tablet, as it may worsen certain side effects.

Setgud Plus Tablet can also lead to weight gain, eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid snacking with high-calorie food, and exercise regularly. अगर आपके मूड या व्यवहार में कोई असामान्‍य बदलाव होता है, आपमें नए या बिगड़ते जा रहे अवसाद, या आत्मघाती विचार या व्यवहार के लक्षण दिखें तो अपने डॉक्टर को बताएं.
