How Tazzle D Tablet works
Tazzle D Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. डैपोक्सेटाइन एक सलेक्टिव सेरोटोनिन री-अपटेक इनहिबिटर (एसएसआरआई) है जो तंत्रिकाओं में सेरोटोनिन का स्तर बढ़ाता है ताकि इजेक्यूलेशन पर नियंत्रण में सुधार हो सके और इजेक्यूलेशन में लगने वाले समय में बढ़ोत्तरी हो सके.
