How to use Tosscold-Plus Tablet

How Tosscold-Plus Tablet works

Tosscold-Plus Tablet combines five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine, which help treat common cold symptoms. एसिक्लोफेनक एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग (NSAID) है. यह कुछ विशेष केमिकल मैसेंजर के स्राव को रोकती है जिनके कारण दर्द व इन्फ्लेमेशन (लाल होना और सूजन) होता है. पैरासिटामोल एक एनाल्जेसिक (दर्द निवारक) और एंटीपायरेटिक (बुखार कम करने वाला) है. यह मस्तिष्क से उन केमिकल मैसेंजर को निकलने से रोकती है जिनकी वजह से दर्द या बुखार होता है. सेट्रीजीन एक एंटीहिस्टामाइन दवा है. यह शरीर में केमिकल मैसेंजर (हिस्टामाइन) के प्रभाव को ब्लॉक करके एलर्जी के लक्षणों जैसे खुजली, सूजन और चकत्तों का इलाज करता है.
