What is 3D-CT Scan Left Foot?
Non-contrast Computed Tomography (NCCT) for foot helps to visualize the bones and soft tissues in the foot including the tarsal bones (ankle bones), metatarsal bones (front end of foot) and phalanges (toes). It is performed to know the cause of pain, tenderness, swelling and deformity of the foot. It helps to detect bone alignment, fracture, tumor, degeneration or other bone related problems in the foot.
