What is MRI Right Leg With Contrast?
A Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan of the Right Leg with Contrast is used to visualize the thigh bone and the surrounding soft tissues like cartilage, tendon, ligaments, muscles, and blood vessels. The contrast helps in increasing the visibility of the internal organs and hence improves the sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of the MRI scan.
MRI leg is done to diagnose the cause of leg pain, and fracture of the bone. This test is also helpful in detecting any abnormal growth of the thigh muscles or surrounding soft tissues.
