NGS Oncomine Focus Assay (52 genes, DNA mutations, CNVs, RNA Fusions)
Understanding NGS Oncomine Focus Assay (52 genes, DNA mutations, CNVs, RNA Fusions)
What is NGS Oncomine Focus Assay (52 genes, DNA mutations, CNVs, RNA Fusions)?
The NGS Oncomine Focus Assay (52 genes, DNA mutations, CNVs, RNA Fusions) is amultibiomarker next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay that enables detection of variants in 52 genes relevant to solid tumors. This assay allows concurrent analysis ofDNA and RNA to simultaneously detect multiple types of variants, including hotspots, single-nucleotide variants (SNVs), indels, copy number variants (CNVs), and gene fusions, in a single workflow. Clinical Indications: For Solid Tumors(Lung, Thyroid, Colon,GIST, Cutaneous Melanoma).
