PET CT Scan Brain is an imaging technique to visualize brain and its functioning. A radioactive substance called a tracer/contrast agent is used to look for disease or injury in the brain.It is recommended to detect cancer, evaluate brain after trauma and monitoring of brain treatment process. It helps to diagnose medical conditions including dementia, alzheimer's disease, parkinson's disease, huntington's disease, cerebrovascular accident and stroke.
