Primary Immunodeficiency Gene Panel

Primary immunodeficiency disorders are the result of defects in an individual's genetic make-up, which can be hereditary as well.

This test determines SNV(s)/INDELS or CNV(s) in more than 300 genes (for example IGHM, IGLL1 genes associated with antibody deficiencies, or STAT pathway defects associated with innate immune responses, or genetic components of the complement system deficiencies, etc.) associated with primary immunodeficiency via next-generation sequencing in an individual.
