What is X - Ray Coccyx LAT View?
X - Ray Coccyx LAT View is used to show the most distal region of the spine in a lateral position. It is used in conjunction with the AP projection. It is used to show sacrum and coccyx anatomy, and to investigate the cause of coccyx pain.The coccyx, also known as the tailbone, is a small, triangular bone resembling a shortened tail located at the bottom of the spine. It is composed of three to five spinal bones.
