Directions for Use:

• Gently place the curved scraping edge at the back of your tongue and then pull it forward towards the front

• The pressure should be enough to remove the thin layer of debris, bacteria, and dead cells that accumulate on the surface of the tongue

• Repeat this scraping motion 2-3 times, rinsing the scraper between each pass

• Rinse your mouth after cleaning your tongue
