Directions For Use:

• The cuff is wrapped around the upper arm and inflated to create pressure

• Use a stethoscope to hear the pulsation

• Inflate the cuff until you stop hearing the pulsation, and this marks your systolic blood pressure

• Deflate the cuff until you start hearing the pulsation, and this is your diastolic blood pressure
