Directions for Use:

• Step 1: Sterilize the cup using Sirona Menstrual Cup Sterilizer or put it in boiling water for 5-7 mins

• Step 2: Fold the cup in a C-fold or any other fold that you are comfortable with

• Step 3: Squat or place one leg on an elevated platform

• Step 4: Relax and gently insert the cup into your vaginal opening. Once inserted, gently poke the bottom of the cup with your finger to ensure the cup has opened

• Step 5: To remove, pinch the base of the cup and gently pull it out

• Step 6: Empty, wash and reinsert
