Mygale Lasiodora made from Black Cuban Spider. It is used in chorea and sexual symptoms.
Extremities

Constant motion of whole body
Trembling with Unsteady gait
Uncontrollable movements of arms and legs
Twitching of limbs. Restless hands.
Drags limbs while walking.
Twitching of facial muscles. Head jerks to one side and grinding of teeth at night with flushed red face i.e. convulsions, seizure, epilepsy
Constant fear of death

Violent erections
Chordee (congenital disorder of the penis , due to abnormal development the penis usually bends downwards)
